Resonance.live is a live co-reaction streaming service that allows users to watch videos together, react in real time, and earn coins for participating as Jury members.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
The platform is not available in jurisdictions where it would be prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
You may delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.
Coins are a virtual in-platform currency with no monetary value outside the platform. Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash unless you are an eligible Creator using the payout system.
Gifts are virtual items purchased with Coins and sent to Creators or Jury members as appreciation. Gifts trigger coin transfers within the platform economy.
Coins are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law. Unused coins are forfeited if your account is terminated for a Terms violation.
We reserve the right to adjust the coin economy, gift values, and payout rates with 14 days' notice to affected users.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices are displayed in USD. Local taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and are included or added at checkout.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Eligible Creators (Creator or Pro tier subscribers) may request payouts of accumulated coins above the minimum threshold.

Payout processing times are 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to hold payouts pending fraud review.
You retain ownership of content you create (voice reactions, video nominations, profile content). By submitting content, you grant Resonance.live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce that content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for content you submit. You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes any third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of third-party video content linked on the platform. All rights to linked videos remain with their respective owners.

Counter-notices may be filed per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Coin balances are forfeited on termination for Terms violations.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for third-party content linked on the platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESONANCE.LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
